DS2 and DSS files accepted
We open DS2 and DSS files directly, along with MP3, M4A and WAV. DS2 is the Olympus proprietary format used by the DS-9500, DS-9000 and other current recorders. DSS is the older format used by the DS-2600 and previous models. Send the file as it came off the recorder. No conversion required.
Most transcription services cannot open DS2 files. We can, without asking you to convert to MP3 first.
